Returns: We want you to love our gear as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will automatically offer you a refund (or exchange if you prefer). To complete your return, just let us know what the problem is by emailing: returns@burntpointlodge.com

Refunds: Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you when your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@burntpointlodge.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Domestic Shipping: For shipping to the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands we offer United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, and United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air Saver. All domestic orders over $99 are shipped free. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

International Shipping: We are happy to ship all over the world via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: packages that ship via USPS First Class will not have tracking information. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact us directly at info@burntpointlodge if your destination is not available at checkout.

Canada Shipping: You thought we'd ignore our northern cousins, eh? We use UPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Package International, and UPS Worldwide Express.
